We are located on the SE corner of the 4th avenue and 4th street intersection, just south of the Shell building. We will now have plus 15 accesses!!

Welcome Cindy Bonhage

Mantra Wellness Centre would like to welcome our newest Registered Massage Therapist,Cindy Bonhage. Cindy has been a massage therapist for 13 years.  Since then, she has developed her sport massage skills on various athletes, specifically cyclists. She has obtained training in Hot Stone Massage and Thai Massage.

Hamstring Stretch

Lie on your back with one leg extended upwards, grasp behind the knee with both hands and pull leg towards chest.  Point toes downward.  Lower leg, switch legs and repeat.
